Management of Others and Ourselves

A survey asking what are the factors that are often complained about her supervisor of an employee found nine main points, namely:

(1) attitude / actions such as judges, (2) arrogant, (3) can not show / give awards to employees, (4 ) can not or do not want to see / hear the views from another angle, (5) does not have leadership skills, (6) does not open and dishonest, (7) is not able to delegate its responsibilities, (8) unable to make decisions quickly and precisely and (9) bias, let emotions affect decisions.
